Still blown away by this wine (I picked it up for $8). 4th of 6 bottles. Juicy, balanced, good structure, good fruit, good finish. Easy drinking, not too complex. Just a well made, value wine. Popped this bottle with smoked pork ribs. Looking forward to finishing the last couple bottles with more summer bbq.

Oh my dear Goodness! What a truly wonderful wine with a fire grilled (oak and hickory open FIRE) choice grade picanha (a nice piece of meat, but nothing all that special).
I got a half case of this Malbec and a half case of Felino Cab for $8 a bottle. Sure this is NOT a 2010 Lynch... but this drinks better than *some* of the $20 - $30 very meticulously selected *value* wines in my cellar. I think anyone would be impressed with this wine (with the appropriate food accompionment) for $20+.
Fruit forward, some backbone but fine and mild tannins. VERY nice balance. Energetic to the 2nd+ glass with a nice grilled steak. Extremely satisfied with this well made wine.
Makes me wonder.... I used the first 3 bottles of their Cab for cooking...

Just like a bottle from a while back. Drinking well right now. The bottle was open for one to one and a half hours. It paired well with a thin crust pizza. It has that sharpness that is a characteristic of a Malbec, but has softer notes in the background.

Violet. Balanced tannins. A bit plain. Blackberries. Cherry. Somewhat harsh.
