  Chatham. Poor man's DRC perhaps, and has the gravitas of a very good white Burgundy. Excellent acidity, big mouthfeel.
  A tinge of oxidative component and small mount leftover the next day was not good, so based on this bottle drink up and enjoy now.

  This bottle's cork was worse than the last, but I think the wine was a bit better. Pretty delicious given the price point, and typically white Burgundy. White fruit (pineapple?!?) and minerals. A nice roundness to the fruit to balance the acidity. I'll still drink the rest of my bottles soon, but I'm guessing pristine bottles are safe for a fairly long while (depending on your view of premox, of course).
