Beautiful golden color! Tastes like what you would imagine a golden elixir should taste like. The prime drinking window has passed but this is still lovely. Not much on the nose. Still some subtle fruit. Butteriness is gone but smooth and lovely. Paired with frittata on a lovely Friday night. Must drink our last bottle soon.

Light gold color, mature-looking. Nose of butterscotch and oak, with an oxidative funkiness. On the palate this tastes like sherry, and finishes with an acrid, bitter note. Not sure if this was a prematurely oxidized bottle, but I (who loves aged white Burgundy and will tolerate more than a little oxidization) found the overall drinking experience slightly unpleasant. Based on better reviews from other tasters, I'll score this "flawed" and hope for a better showing next time.

Pale green-gold color. Nose of white flowers, citrus and stone. Light on the palate with restrained fruit, mineral and glacier melt and maybe a touch of sweet chalkiness? Whatever it is, this is a complete package and a joy to drink. Excellent.

A good white Burgundy from the unfashionable South! The producers recommend keeping it 5-7 years and it was worth it.

Striking acidity, yet tropical, hot. Not bad, but a little too much 2006 for my taste.
