  This wine's appearance is bright, light purple. The nose is not very expressive. It's flavor could be defined predominately as cranberry with hints of red cherry and dried flowers. The body is lean and the finish is medium. The complexity is simple. This is an agreeable wine and shows true varietal characteristics.

  Lighter body but with some medium tannins that allow this wine to hold up nicely with more substantial food (paired this with a tagliatelle pasta with meat sauce, worked wonderfully). Acid is high and there’a a rustic charm on the nose without going overboard. Complex, but not super complex. Finish is a bit muted, but not bad at all. Nicely made wine and an excellent value at its price point.
