  • Fresh, crisp, and light displaying a pale lemon hue. Slightly subdued aromatics, but flavor profile yields briny minerals, grapefruit, lemon, and pear. Not very complex or notable, but instead, a consistently, “pretty good” Pinot Grigio. Medium plus acidity provides freshness and a medium finish. Never a barn burner, but always a “good quaffer”.
