Shared with Ryan at Terroirizer. It had been a few years since I had tried 2011 Bio Gueuze and it honestly tasted exactly as I expected. Typical incredible nose of funk and some acidity, well integrated with lemon notes, medium finish. Cantillon has the closest thing to "terroir" you're going to find in beer - every bottle has an unmistakable funk/sour/acid character that's uniquely Cantillon.
