  Onlineprovning med Johan Lidby vinhandel och Leitz. Provade både till pasta med räkor och citron samt rökt lax på crostini. Passade bäst med den rökta laxen. Ett runt och mjukt vin med någon smak av beska. Pomerans?

  N: Medium (+) intensity. Lovely purity of fruit, ripe apple, white peach, yellow plum, quite ripe and open in character
  P: High acidity, medium alcohol, medium (+) body. The peachy stone fruits come to the fore, balanced by fresh acidity, pink grapefruit citrus, and a subtle steely note.Long finish. Something floral here too. The mid-palate is juicy and almost hedonistic but then brought into check by the structure. Lovely structured grip on the finish.
  
  Gorgeous, generous, balanced Riesling.
  
  From quartz/quartzite soils of low impurity.
