Tasted blind at TWM. This wind is pale yellow in color, medium intensity on the news, with notes of green apple, apricot, and a bit of chalk. On the palate, off dry, with medium plus acid, light tannins, medium minus body, with notes of tart green apple, a bit of sweet peach, candlewax, with a silky mouth feel in spite of tense acid on the medium plus (forever) green apple skin finish. Minerality and verve, a delicious Riesling, drink 2014-2022, I estimated this wine's value at $23, however it was selling for $40 in the store today.

Aromas and flavors of pear, grapefruit and petrol with abit of residual sugar and a bright acidic core. An excellent dry(offdry) Riesling thats drinking very well right now.

quince, gooseberry and green apple with good minerality/acidity that keeps it lively; plenty of life; just right with thai food.

Twin Cities Wine Club German Riesling Tasting (Gail's House): A stellar wine with floral, orange, minerals and pear. Good balance between sweet and sour and great minerality on the finish. Really drinking well right now.
