  Decanted for 2 hours before drinking.Great QPR. Dark fruit, soft tannins, silky mouth feel. Would buy a bunch more.

  Second tasting note. Deep shiny ruby. Fleeting balsamic and cellar aroma resolving to barely perceptible warm pie. Balsamic on the palate, not sweet, not sour, over ripasso like medium weight fruit. Grape acids balanced by mildly figgy layer across the palate and enticing dry tannin kick. A complex wine at an affordable price for the few tasters who enjoy the Barolo type style. The adolescent tart has matured, La Dolce Vita.

  Dark purple, silent nose, vibrant tart juicy fruit with ripe core of - for lack of a better comparison- baby Amarone style richness. A 2019, teenage components sleeping on their own side of the bed. This is a well made mouthful which will improve but delicious as is unless you are offended by an adolescent tart french kissing your tongue. Enough said.
