Following the Lafalise Froissart Maison D'Initiés Cuvée Rosé anything would be better.
This was as good as the 2012 Dom I had last night, certainly a better drinking experience. This was way more open and way more flavor. Dom a bit more coiled and restrained. I'd take this over the Dom today. In 5 years it will be a different story.
This was wide open and at the back end of peak. This will start to fall soon so I'd say drink within the next 1-2 years as it is on the back end of peak.
Regardless, lovely hazelnuts, pistachio, toasted almond, slight carmel, smooth and elegant. Drink em if you got em, go for it.

No disg date, dosage unknown though some online sources indicate 4g/L. 100% Chard from 90+ year vines in Les Chetillons. Fine mousse. Still a lot of effervescence. Light gold. Browning yellow apple, a hint of toasted nuts & toasted brioche, sweet lemon on the finish. Comes across as round, for lack of better word. I preferred the 2008 Philipponnat Grand Blanc from a few weeks ago, as it had a bit more acidity and freshness. On the whole, though, the 2006 Moncuit is nice, especially if you like subtle nutty notes - this is done well here. I don't think there's any upside to keeping this longer.

Hawker night at Caroline's: Very generous, expressive citrus and slight bruised apple fruit. Rich, toasty brioche and an opulent 2006 as usual without being flabby.

Nutty and rich, label doesn’t specify, but I would guess a little dosage here. I like a little touch more acid cut in a bubbly, but this is still a very nice glass.
