I was surprised by this 2019 Bearwallow - tasting very ripe and creamy, with lemon meringue and a touch of oak. Sometimes RM chards can be a bit tight and chablis-like in their early years but not this one - much more open. The bottle was finished quickly!

A crowd- pleaser, this had tasty tropical and creamy sweet lemon notes, plus a hint of oak.

Pleasant accompaniment to Easter appetizers and dinner - silky, with white fruits, with a tinge of acidity on the finish.

Seems a bit subdued. Maybe needs a bit more time? Lots of minerality. Tropical fruit, pineapple, lychee. A bit austere. Not much oak

Not sure if it’s bottle variability but much better than the last bottle witg nice acidity to match the fruit
