This has improved since my last encounter in October; I'd say this has come up to the lowest level of excellence. Very approachable, not much in the way of cut, but perfectly fine to drink. Or hold.

Pop n pour. Nose and palate loaded with orchard fruits, some lemon cream on the mid-palate. Acidity cut through the Apricot/Brie en Croûte we paired it with. Very enjoyable.

P & P; followed over a few days, not much change. Very good but surprisingly pedestrian given the vintner, who I hold in high regard. Typological correct and no off notes, but undistinguished by particular character notes. Maybe more time sideways will improve the experience, but I kinda think not. Fine to drink now.

Nuanced and light on its feet bouncing between lemon, crisp apple and some mineral notes. Really young but the oak comes through in a disjointed way where it completely overwhelms the finish. 90 now but if the oak integrates it will be delicious.

Nice - medium bodied; complex; coastal style with nuanced oak
