  I was quite disappointed with this wine.
  
  Perfect cork, perfect fill and beautiful golden colour. However, the wine is not elegant, it's weak. There's almost no stuffing here :-(
  
  On the nose, it is somewhat oxidized but the beautiful floral character is still there. Small and run of the mill.
  In the mouth we find the sprightly acids dancing beautifully over the tongue. Very little stuffing, but what is here is beautiful. There is a velvety caress in the structure that I love as well as some saline minerality. The taste finishes with a burnt, oxidised aroma that takes over a tad too much.
  
  This wine was simply never among the best Gitton ever released. Nothing special, but still delicious.
