Nose of saline strawberries, very ripe fruit, almost intoxicating... Taste is concentrated super silky tannin, transparency, sappy finish, very delicious!!

Consumed blind. Dark red fruits with lots of baking spices on the nose. Deep, complex with tons of structure that will make this last for years to come. Fine to drink now or hold.
Consistently punches way above its class. At $40, one of the best deals in all of Burgundy.

There’s far between the good value Burgundies, but this is an obvious one to me.
Deep ruby in color. Pronounced aromas of ripe wild raspberries and dark cherries, stony minerality with even a touch of flint, some oak spices and even something gamey. Powerful and full-bodied with spicy flavors of red and dark fruits. Fine-grained medium tannins.
Definitely has the concentration to age, but drinks great now. Should pair very nicely with pork or veal.

Fabulous complex nose of ripe red cherries, with mineral, superb tension... Taste is quite complex with red cherries, nice electric tension... many people in the tasting thought this was grand Cru level as it had the complexity and concentration!

Needed 2 hours of decanting before the magic appeared. Great wine.
