Drinking nicely, holding up better than the corresponding Umino Vineyard offering I opened just a few days ago. Nice fruit up front. I'm struggling to identify the various components (it's not cherry-fruit, but I'm not quite sure what it is ...), but it's fairly well integrated, with just a little bit of heat showing through on the finish.

(W.H. Smith Pinot Noir Marimar Estate Vineyard) Tart raspberry and sous bois nose; tasty, sous bois, tart cherry and red fruit palate with minerals and good acidity; medium-plus finish

clowdy, cranberry color...strong kiwis, strawberries, decent acid, cranberries...very fruit forward but integrated and interesting!

My last. A lovely Pinot. Still going strong. A few misses among the case, but a terrific rendering.

Sort of nice. Last legs. A bit sappy now, no tannins left. Comparable: Alex Rodriguez in 2012.

Did my tastes change over the last month? From spectacular to merely good.
