I found this very nice; closed with natural cork; the nose was lovely right out of the gates with a hint of reduction alongside lemon peel, crushed stone, apple and pear. Very fresh and vibrant, but with lovely depth and a sapid finish this is really quite good. Given the natural cork closure I probably won't hold too long, but it seems to have the stuff to age easily 5-8 more.

Grand Cru Portfolio Tasting (3/9 Grand Cru Portfolio Tasting, NYC): Are those some Roulot Meursault glass residuals, or is this some nobility here? Palate is pretty great! Not the insanely asphalt reductive explosion of Roulot, but an echo of that. This estate is no joke. Great wine.

Lemon and green apple, tense, stony and full. Young, but enjoyable. Good for this level.

Trinquée de Meursault - Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Tonnellerie Damy - Meursault): Walk around tasting. As rich as Clos du Cromin, but brighter and longer with that same ripe apple and nut butter character. Good now.
