evolving in the glass over three days; classy, silky, and deep on day one; more earth (like a petite sirah) on day two; back to smooth and deep on day three

Tasted over 5 hours. Good from the get-go but hit its stride after an hour Soft reserved tannins. Balanced dark fruit syrah with medium long finish. Fantastic!

This wine is made with such finesse and restraint - a really great expression of Syrah and the Willow Creek AVA that doesn’t try to overcook the elements. Smartly integrated fruit, alcohol at 15% seems notably less, subtle elements of tar & cigar midpalate. Looks as dark as petit sirah in the glasss and has a marathon finish that offers some spice complexity. Such a winner for my tastes. ❤️ It’s fun to think how this can age … but why wait?

Outstanding syrah that is so well made. Subtlely nuanced and sneaky medium long finish. Very polished and smooth. Wish I had more.

Big and delicious, but not overblown. Nice representation of Willow Creek Syrah.
