This is my fourth bottle, and my experiences have been consistent. This is fairly rich and wild for Chablis. It's giving more Côte de Beaune than New World while still maintaining a steely Chablis character. This is great (and fresh) now, but I think it should hold up and develop for a while.

Supposedly the most exotic of the Duplessis lineup, which appears to be true upon first sniff and sip. Floral and white fruit notes on the nose, with a bit of mint and a mineral finish with medium acidity. Not quite as mineral as I would have expected, but very nice. It went wonderfully with our Super Bowl meal supplied by Alinea, which included artichoke and lobster dip, as well as duck confit and chicken pot pie.

I really liked this. It is a full bodied Chablis with hints of straw and decent mineral notes. I would definitely buy it again.

Not better, with a distinct bitter note on the finish. A bad bottle?

I was blessed with either a good bottle or an insensitive palate!
Beautiful chablis, mineral to the core, lemony acidity, and a touch of creamy richness.
Pretty glorious with a fatty cut of fish.
