  Very pale straw. Made in a bright, crisp, minimally adorned style, this ripples with just ripe green apple, citrus peel, cracker crumb and toast flavors. Light to medium bodied with medium+ acidity this is super lively in texture with just enough richness to be recognizable as Puligny. I like this very much but realize that it will lack gumption for some, particularly at this price point.
