  This is big in every way. No surprise given the label says 15.5abv. Dark and brooding. Obviously still very young to see it anywhere near its best, but time won’t turn this into a masterpiece. Very much hot Barossa floor and at the overripe end of the spectrum. It’s akin to a comparison between a rugby front rower and a fleet footer winger up at high eden. I’m trying to give this a chance, given it’s really isn’t my style, but hard to find much to like here. Especially at the price point.
