You know what? This is a good wine. While we don't know too much about this wine, as "Dead men tell no tales", it's clearly a blend of the fantastic spanish grapes that are grown by our irreverant friends in Calaveras County. This red has aged well... on the nose... pretty mild, but some spice and some earth. On the palate: medium tannins, a touch of tart, sweet, when i ate it with chili crisp on my food!. good finish. not super long, but long enough. A great Sunday - Thursday wine... maybe even a friday night with some spicy spanish cauliflower rice dish. practically paella. Thanks again, El Jefe!
