Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Smells kinda toasty but it apparently sees less time in oak. Its 100% new French oak for 18 months. Very ripe and pure and full nose. Very ripe and black fruit. And the they want thr oak behind it. Which I dont think is the case but its still amazing wine. Single vines that are chosen to make this and its a single vine selection. And lots of grip on the palate. I am sure it will last but why not just drink it right now.
