NWS L2 wine.
Just some quick notes as this was tasted in a class alongside a Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and a Reisling. Only a small Coravin pour and I will update this note as it is tasted again in future classes.
Glass: Grassl Liberte
Aroma: oak, spice, and butter
Taste: Rancid butter (not in a bad way) and some spice
Acid: Low
Body: Medium with a slightly heavier olive oil feel
