This is excellent, dark purple color. Rich dark fruits on the nose. Cherry liqueur. On the palate there is a bit of garrigue along with blackberry, dark plum, black cherries and a long finish that ends with more cherry liqueur. The only thing i can say that this needs to be better is that its a little hot. But I believe some more time in cellar would fix that right up. Age another 5-10years

Sixteen hour slow ox (leftover bottle from winery event the night prior). Deep dark magenta color. Date, chocolate, dark raspberry, and bran muffin. Smooth, dry palate, with good acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.
My score is just a placeholder. It’s well built, but very youthful and hard to judge.

Earthy, rich, spicy and fresh, the blend of olives, garrigue, peppery red fruits, strawberries and black raspberries hit the spot. Full, deep and concentrated, the wine is elegant, fresh and long. You can enjoy this young, or age it for more complexity and nuance. The wine was made from blending 90% Grenache with 10% Syrah. Drink from 2024 - 2037
