However, after the food was gone it seemed a little rough around the edges--definitely too much oak. Maybe some bottle age will moderate this unpleasantness, so it will be a while before I go back for another bottle.

  Gorgeous garnet robe. Bright acids, light body, fine tannins. Elegant floral, spice, black cherry, truffle notes. A pleasure to drink.
