  We had another bottle yesterday.
  It was very much in line with the previous note. This time we gave it even longer to open up. The bottle was opened about 12 hours before dinner. And the last glass, about 15 hours after that started to show a hint of cedar. A particular aroma that I find fascinating in a wine. Beautiful!
  
  And I’m again so impressed by the silky smoothness of this wine.
  A great Brunello!
  But do give it time to open op and show its maximum potential.

  This wine was 1,5 hour in the glass when taking this note.
  
  Light ruby color. Full aromas of cherry, leather and hints of sweet tobacco and spices. Full bodied with smooth, mouth coating, tannins and balanced fresh acidity. A very long finish that follows through seamlessly and remains fresh throughout.
  Great right now but will certainly evolve, and likely earn a notch up in many years to come.

  Cherry, cedar, dried herbs, rose petals, baking spice. Powerful and elegant.
