  Really in a good place, fresh and perfectly balanced. Wish I had more but this was my last bottle.

  Light in appearance and translucent.
  
  Right away I’m hit with a rush of red fruit aromas, strawberry and red cherry, damp earth and crushed grape leaf. On the palate the fruit comes on sweet, but is followed up with some citrus-like acidity and pleasant black tea bitterness. The wine is wispy and delicate. I will probably drink my other bottle of this before I go back to my ‘17 & ‘18.
  
  Tasting the ‘19 next to the ‘18 would be a good lesson in vintage variation.

  This was really good and in a great place - my recollection was the herbal vintage, more restrained, but tonight the kaleidoscopic fruit profile came through. Maybe it gets better? We like these at release and at 3-4 years of age.

  expressive aromatics. Herbs de provence, cranberry to underripe strawberry, granite minerality.
  
  Very lean and ethereal. medium+ to high acid, very fine and subtle tannins.
  
  No “it” factor but very well made wine, clean and pure, and quite burdgundian.
