  • Refreshing pale straw color with evidence of MLF on the nose, this wine keeps inviting me back to take in more of the aromas. Warming up from cellar temps and some oxygen allowed to wine to show a lovely pure brioche nose. The palate presents minerality and acidity which keeps things crisp, though not to the degree of a Chablis. While there is a buttery creaminess, it is not overwhelming and far from a butter-bomb. Very pleasant and well-rounded, fair QPR and able to stand up to any meal while not demanding food.
