Light in aroma, flavor, and body, but what is there is quite good. Dark cherries and a little earthy. A hint of cherry candy in the finish. Enough acidity that it pairs well with food.

This is delicious. It's mostly fresh red fruit but there is a hint of savory in here as well. The acidity and tannins are integrated beautifully, leaving no edges to this wine. I wish I had more bottles to see how this develops, but it offers a lot of enjoyment right now. I recently tried the '21 Santenay VV, and this has more depth. Very nice expression, although no surprise that it is a little riper then in the past.

Fuller ruby color. Medium minus aromas of dark cherries (thinking luxardo maraschino), cool forest floor, light violets. On the palate, fruit-forward with a lot of cherry and berry notes. Low to med acid (can be higher to balance with the fruitiness), medium tannins, medium finish.
Okay burg. Nothing too good nor too bad.

Agree with Ryany. A decent but not outstanding Burgundy. Comparatively light but with sufficient balance of fruit and meaty flavour.
