Tasted at Laithwaites "Riesling - King of Grapes" tasting, Virginia Water, UK, presented by Alastair Dudley. Light silver/gold. Perfumed and flowery. The palate shows bitter lemon, citrus, orange and tropical. It's well balanced with nice levels of acidity. Quite long. Suited the sushi.

Screwcap enclosure. 12%ABV Pale lemon in colour. Medium intensity nose yielding apricots, citrus, pineapple, minerality and orange. It evolves overnight to admit to lime and wood shavings. Medium body, high acidity, well balanced and a long finish. Jane Hunter's wines generally keep... this will be no exception. The 12%ABV hints at long, restrained ripening. Yum. Exceptional value.
