Beautiful saline nose, very lively, and on dry lemon.
In the mouth, it feels like eating chalk. The juice is still a little tight, which is normal for a Mesnil sur Oger wine less than 10 years old, so obviously still young and fiery. This explosion of minerality and sea spray is accompanied by the aroma of dry lemon. Without moving towards the "razor" extra brut Chardonnay in its youth, this wine already gives pleasure. Nice balance, it's straight but conversational. Good saline and chalky finish.
Very good champagne. At the end of the bottle, we still said to ourselves that we had drunk too much champagne at €80 without being twice as good as this champagne which cost me €40. In the end, it is a worthy representative of this fabulous terroir that is Le Mesnil sur Oger and this wine can age harmoniously.

2015 millisime BdB from GC terroir in Mesnil. 4 yr ageing on lees, 4 gr/l dosage and disgorged 9/2020. Fine mousse and pale yellow in color. Beautiful classic BdB, chalky, dried lemon. Very good length

No note made. Lovely BdB, but did not reach greatness on complexity and length.
