  Ploussard harvested soon, on September 6, of 40-year-old vineyards that come from the La Gaudrette plot in the commune of Pupillin. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and 12-month aging in foudres. Unfiltered and unclarified. Red fruit, jam, roses, mountain herbs, earthy, spicy, crunchy, light, mineral, delicate, friendly and easy to drink.

  Very light colour, even lighter than gamay at the same night. A little fuzzy. Very low tannin and high acidity.

  Robe entre deux, trouble.
  Nez brouillon, réduit à l’ouverture, sur des arômes animaux puis qui s’ouvre sur la fraise écrasée sans totalement perdre son côté nature.
  
  Le vin est vraiment perlant et je suis obligé de fouiller dans les placards pour trouver une carafe. Après secouage et remuage c’est mieux mais quand même pas la grosse marade même si ça reste très buvable. Un vin un peu simple, digeste et facile mais qui peine à se départir de cette aromatique confuse. Le style est assumé je pense et c’est un peu brouillon à mon goût sur cette bouteille.

  10.5% - Cloudy, med / clean, pronounced intensity - rhubarb, wild strawberries, cranberry, autumn forest floor, spices, mineral / dry high racy acidity, low tannin, med- body, pronounced intensity with a med+ length. Unique and exuberant!
