  Spicy food (grilled pork chop with jalapeno and white cheddar stuffed potato skins)

  Peaches,. Pears, Honey, lime, slight green grass
  Definitely high acid
  Off dry
  Long finish 60+ seconds
  Light medium body
  Pale lemon/ straw
  
  Riesling 100%
  8.5% abv
  
  Buy more. Nope. It's good, but there's many better.
  
  Addendum- left this open in bottle, capped, refrigerated for 2 days. Then, had it whilst watching a football game. It warmed. But, in those two open days, it lost it's effervescent bubbles and the green apple and stone fruits arrived with gusto. Loved it today.
  Moved rating from 85 to 87
  Maybe air really does affect wine? 😂 😆

  nose: muted but clean nose. no petrol or botrytis. crazy pure (!!!) but non-descript.
  
  palate: crazy pure. seems true kabinett, but full-bodied with (barely) medium acid. overall=delicious but nothing crazy going on
  
  100% straightforward. that isn't a bad word when the quality/deliciousness is there. delicious on pnp
  
  day two: no thanks! wine was already fairly soft, but the structure/acid that was there on pnp dissipated and the wine just drinks non-descript "pale, lifeless, and off-dry." I've never experienced such decline in a bottle stored in the refrigerator over night=Maybe a one-off? I do really like this on pnp

  Wirkt noch sehr jung, fast verschlossen. Deutlich kräutrig, dazu dann ähnlich den Vorgänger-Jahrgängen angelegt. Nicht ganz so vibrierend wie der 17er aber deutlich balanciertet als der 18er.
  
  Bekommt eine Wiedervorlage.
