  Oh, what a shame, this is very disappointing compared to previous vintages. It has the same nice, lush, slightly viscous mouthfeel that tells you you're in the Languedoc rather than Rhone. And there is the savoury, briary quality with a hint of liquorice that was always so appealing. But there is almost no fruit and the finish is very short and acrid.
