  Im Duft mit reifer Pflaume im ersten Eindruck noch reifer als der Domaine de Cambes. Dabei tiefer und edler, aber (noch) nicht so offenherzig. Fantastischer Geschmack. Getrocknete Datteln. schokoladiger Toast. Auch etwas Kaffee, aber süßer. Milchkaffee. Im Geschmack feiner und zurückhaltender. Bleibt superfokussiert und mit bestem Tannin, lang und gaumenkleidend. Super Säure. Was für ein hedonistischer, exzentrischer Wein! 93-95

  92-93 vvPunkte Feinduftige, florale Nase, sehr expressiv, verspielt, zeigt Veilchen, Kräuter, rote und dunkle Beeren, rauchige Noten, sehr komplex und tiefgründig. Im Gaumen seidenweich, ein richtiger Schmeichler, die Frucht wirkt reif und doch sehr frisch, ungemein würzig, sehr gut strukturiert, die genau richtige Dosis Gerbstoff zeigt, dass wir hier von einem sehr seriösen Wein sprechen, im Abgang mit sehr guter Länge und viel Würze, endet fast schon preffrig. Dieser Roc de Cambes wird früh Spass machen und die Lust auf Tertre Roteboeuf so richtig anheizen. (April/Mai 2021)

  Dark garnet in color, the wine sports a complex nose of espresso, spice box, forest leaf, tobacco leaf and dark red pit fruits. Sweet and savory, spicy and fresh, with dusty tannins and plenty of ripe, earthy, salty fruits on the palate and in the finish, this character filled wine has length and complexity. 91-93

  Coffee oak! Big whack. Dark fruits, touch of rubber and smoke, and herb.
  Sweet on the attack, fish oil (oak) – odd; dense and salty, smoky, dark fruits. Plump.
