  Rosé saumon assez foncé.
  Petits fruits rouges frais au nez avec un peu de poivrons.
  Texture ample et assez corpulent, longueur moy, poivrons, fraises fraîches, acidité moy.
  Un peu lourd si bu seul.

  Ok rosé. Lovely fruits, mostly watermelon and apricot, but too much sulfur. I guess there is some (unnecessary) oak in the winemaking. Wife: 83. Does not like the bitterness (not much in my opinion)

  Nez funky, semble un peu réduit ou souffré.
  Tête d'alumettes et foins.
  En bouche, assez franc avec une petite amertume,
  des framboises et des noix avec un peu
  de salin, Finale pas très longue.
  Vraiment différent comme produit.

  A private lunch (Restaurant Flore *, Amsterdam, NL): Made from 100% Cabernet Franc in the style of a rich BdN, with some oak. Crisp and minerally, with lovely red berry fruit. Open and expressive, without any reduction.

  Acheté avec une confiance aveugle suite aux dégustations des années précédentes.
  À l'ouverture, fortes odeurs de réduction, carafé, agité, les notes sulfurées perdurent et dominent.
  En bouche, on décèle des notes fruitées en arrière-plan, fraises et un brin de notes d'herbes, sauge.
  Néanmoins je considère que les les aromes de réduction qui persistent après 48 heures représentent un défaut majeur.
