  On nose:white floral, meyer lemon and note of steel/ flint.
  On palate: all above flavours follow through, with green pear, lightly toasted bread, and a ghost of tarragon.
  Lean without being thin, full flavoured without being intense, ...good medium acidity for balance....
  Played well with roast herbed chicken, jasmine rice and a carrot / kale medley......can age for a few years.
