  • Wonderful one! Bit of pear and Very intense notes oaky notes of vanilla and a bit of butter too. Still had a nice crispness to it too. Pretty long finish. Definitely recommendable!

  • Good stuff. There is a definite element of the flor here that add umami and a saline-like aspect. Solid pear fruits and a nice overall texture with good acidity to tie it up.

  • Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent): The wine shows high intensity, mineral, lime, quince, underripe tropical notes, leafy, very fresh, a touch earthy/nutty/smoky, a few pear notes, needs a bit of time to open up.
The wine shows extraordinary intensity, full on high-definition, medium acidity, mineral, smoky, quince, lime, lemon, leafy bitter freshness, full body, finery textured, long finish and still quite youthful.
