  Decanted 30m and enjoyed over two hours. From 70yo vineyards.
  
  Honey, salted butter, flint, pear, almond, salinity, ripe apple. Intense & rich in the mouth.

  This wine feels very much like an Aussie semillon with a little bit of cool breeze. Noticeable of oak presence, a little more than my palate but it is just fine. Nice golden color with lingering finish. Score may improve in time.
