Nice but nothing special. Ripe blackberries and a touch of roughness. Slight bricking on rim; otherwise clear and bright ruby. May need more time. Had with pasta and meatballs in tomato sauce.

100% Sangiovese, grown at high elevations in the town of Radda - this is awesome CCR, especially for the price!
New leather, fresh cherries, white pepper, juniper berries, dirt and dry cocoa powder. Medium + body with absolutely ripping acidity balanced by medium, powdery tannins. Could drink now, it's lovely; but will age for the next 5 or so years. I picked this up for $20 and would easily pay double that.
