  Delightful and will do very well with further cellaring. Impressively long and pleasant finish. Would absolutely buy again.

  Quality level: very good
  Potential for ageing: can drink now but has good potential for further ageing
  Other observations: organic wine

  Very fine bubbles, medium persistance. Apple, honey, brioche. Very dry. Clean, rather light mousse, with a little bit acidic edge. Nice varietal characteristics. Decent length. Solid but a bit austere, might do better with a few years in bottle.
