  Nearly an opaque purple color initially dominated by strawberry, floral, and tree fruit aromas. Developed a rustic, barnyard, aroma on the third day.
  
  The attack is dominated by violet and baking spices with substantial fruitiness (cherry, strawberry). These are well balanced by crisp acidity. The tannins are present and even become drying when the wine is warm. Day 2 was more fruit dominated and day 3 mostly sour cherry. The “Les Sept Vignes” and the plain Cote de Brouilly labeled wines seem interchangeable. Drink from now.
  
  With avacado/Prosciutto toast and chicken sausage pasta. Drank over three days.

  Clean decant. Medium red. Vibrant colour.
  Lovely sweet red fruits. Sweet raspberry.
  Sweet, lifted, spicy raspberry. Acid holds the game with enough tannin to complement it. Wonderful, engaging, balanced fruit. A joy. More than I expected. Now-2030

  Tasted again after 1 year 8 month storage. Still high acid but more balanced, complex and more fruit forward than I remember. Drinks really well now but will keep for years still
