  Medium body, bright golden color. Intense garden fruits and flowers aroma. Apricots, pears and nutty palate following by mineral but creamy finish of good length. Rich but soft and well balanced as well gentle acidity. Next day is a bit different, more apple and less mineral. Food friendly, well pairing to poultry stew. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Drink now and the next three years.

  What a lovely Chablis 👏👏👏
  
  Mostly clear bright yellow color with aot of of gold 👏👏
  
  Medium to light body.. Medium acidity. Crispy and mineral👏
  
  Lovely aromatic, green apple, pear, melon, apricot, grass, terroir, citrus and lime.
  
  Same on the palate then honey, salt, stone, butter, vanilla, oily, oak.
  
  Long sweet (mainly) bitter ending.
  
  Nice and enjoyable wine and a great VFM 👏👏👏
