  It is just after the botte was openned that this wine shows its best. A lot of flavors, an extraordinary taste. One of the best wine I ever tasted and it is not an expensive one at all! The only think is that it has to be drunk in the evening. Most of wine usually get even better if you keep them a day after opening (make sure you close the bottle with a specific cap though) but this one not. The days after it had lost all of its quality, still good but not fantastic.
