  This is a brilliant wine, from purchased Savagnin grapes. No sulfites ! The color is deep yellow. Aromas of red apples, and yellow summer fruits. The wine shows outstanding purity in the mouth, ending in a crisp, refreshing finish. Terrific lenght. Absolutely no heat, brilliant winemaking. Better on day 2. Chapeau to the winemaker !
