Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well with cheeses, cured meat or mushrooms.

Long and dry finish. High acidity. Full body. An outstanding Savagnin with a good flor touch. Needed 30 min in the glass to open. Drink now or over the next twenty years. Goes well with cheese or cured meat.
