Golden colour Intense bread crust given by 4y on lees, quince and minerals (quite savory) Fine perlage and M+ body A bit more acidity would bring this wine to a whole other level

Quite golden in color. Nose is relatively expressive with lots of citrus, rhubarb and a yeasty sourdough kind of note. On the palate, it is medium bodies with fresh acidity and fine bubbles. Also has bit of a buttery note, though not quite in the briochy Champagne way. Very nice.
