New oak, Galia melon, lemon and a little smoky on the nose. On the palate similar aromas, with good intensity. Medium+ silky body, delicious mouthwatering acidity and good length. Really lovely Chardonnay.

A stony flinty citrus fruit driven nose. Intense yet seemingly only light to mid weighted, it's tightly coiled not giving up much at first. With some air jasmine and asian pear come out. A wine of contrasts adding to a greater whole. Toothsome yet with a gossamer texture and laser sharp detail. Lacy yet deep and intense. Yum

Blind Chardonnay Shoot-Out (Cru and Domaine, Portland OR): The nose is deep and poised with layered tones of Red apples, spiced pears, nougat, lemon peels, creams, vanilla beans, buttered bread, mineral notes, and tidal pool aromas. There is real gravitas to the tones that is a lot of fun to smell. The Medium/full bodied feel is textured and deep with balanced, medium acidity. The feel is polished and poised with a real lovely and long finish. This was a complete shock when revealed. There really is no way I would've expected an Austrian Chardonnay to be this good or expect an Austrian Chard in general. This is a great wine and well worth seeking out for any Chardonnay lover.

I just didn't get into it as much as the other reviewers. Mostly tart white wine with minerals

Rich, delicious, full-bodied citrus fruit with melons flavors, excellent structure, ample viscosity, acidity, and finish
