Likewise, agree with the previous series of reviews. Additionally, I'm getting this mouthful of peppery goodness upfront, but which seems to be slowly fading away with some air. In any event, very enjoyable.

I am in agreement with those that find this wine a great foil for food. Served it tonight with a northern Italian soup of cannellini beans, chard, and barley. Perfect pairing. Yes, the back end tannins are a bit rough around the edges but I'm inclined towards earlier drinking to enough the freshness of the fruit.

Same notes as the last time. Really interesting, solid wine Tart on the finish but nice red currant notes on the outset. Very light tannins but enough to balance the very real acid.

Very Good+ Drank nicely over two nights and is a flexible food pairing. THEBONNYDOONER's TN does it well with ripe cherry, other red fruits, some earth and notable, but not too intrusive tannins that are not particularly drying. Notwithstanding the tannins which are backend, it has a soft sweet blue and red fruit profile that is a joy to drink and makes it a solid choice against moderately spicy food that doesn't want a "big" wine.

Yum - even better than I remembered. Easy drinking, not too serious, but with enough nuance and depth to keep it fun and interesting. Wish I had more!
