Sweet pear fruit. Zesty acidity. A bit of brioche. Some mineral. Very lively and plenty of oomph here. A rich style without too much butter or oak. Very nice.

Definitely has the buttered popcorn thing going on. A little bit crisper on the palate. Brighter on the palate. More acidic, touch not harmonious to me, but that could be my palate today.

Light golden yellow in color. Forward, attractive & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, lemons/limes & some pear with floral overtones of honeysuckle, minerals, stony, a hint of oak & vanilla in the background. Medium light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of yellow peaches, green apples & citrus notes of lemons/limes with some butterscotch, minerals & a slight touch of oak & vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & may develop further with an additional year of additional aging.

Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Sweet pineapple fruit. Nice balancing tang. Some white peach. Some saline and mineral. Very nice.
